Thank you to everybody who has entered the Sitcom Trials, however entries are now closed. We shall be contacting everybody who has submitted a script shortly, and will announce the finalists here once scripts have been read and the the judgements have been made.

The deadline for entries for the Sitcom Trials is Sunday at midnight, so you haven't got long. Thank you to everyone who has already sent their entry in. Please note, we are not routinely sending out responses to every entry, so if you don't hear back immediately, please don't resubmit your script - we are reading every single one and you will hear back shortly on whether you have been successful or not.

The Sitcom Trials is the stage and TV show where sitcoms compete head to head and the audience vote for their favourite. Started in London & Bristol in 1999, the Trials has enjoyed three years at the Edinburgh Fringe, toured nationally and internationally including Hollywood, and its first TV series ran for eight weeks on ITV1. The stage show now runs at London's Leicester Square Theatre, with the audience voting alongside a panel of experts from the broadcast and comedy industries.
